MaxWills uses Anthropic Claude AI models to draft document language. Your estate planning information is transmitted to Anthropic for AI processing under their API Data Processing Agreement. We do not use your data to train AI models, and do not authorize Anthropic to use your data for training under API terms.
Third-party service providers and their privacy terms:
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 class). Vault documents receive additional per-file encryption. We maintain access controls, audit logs, and session management. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of security incidents as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: (a) with Anthropic for AI document generation; (b) with Stripe for payment processing; (c) with attorneys when you purchase attorney review; (d) with your designated family members after an authorized vault release; (e) as required by law.
You may request a copy of your data, account deletion, or corrections by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Vault content deletion is subject to our retention policy.
MaxWills is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
